Mets Blob suffered a freak accident following tonight's game and will be unable to provide a recap. According to reports, the grossly inebriated Blob was so dismayed by the horrible loss that he put his hand through the TV in an attempt to bitch-slap Chris Carlin. Though no official statement has been made, there are rumors indicating that Mets Blob will be out for the remainder of the series.
